Social Media Intern

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Intern to help shape and grow AskLexy's presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You'll plan and create content, engage with our community, and use data to figure out what resonates — helping more people discover how AskLexy helps them find their voice.

What you'll do

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms
• Write crisp, on-brand copy and collaborate on visuals and short-form video
• Grow and engage the community by responding to comments and messages
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve what we post
• Spot trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team

What we're looking for

• A strong sense for what makes content engaging and shareable
• Excellent written communication and a feel for brand voice
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and their formats
• Basic content creation skills (design or short-form video editing)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

• A portfolio, handles, or campaigns you've grown or contributed to
• Experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar
• Basic understanding of analytics and social media scheduling tools
